The staff were friendly, and the food had some real highs. Dinner's seafood pizza was so good I planned to order it again before we left, and they made it with sourdough when I asked. But the mango sticky rice was rock hard and had to go back. Our included meal was pretty good too, though my pad kra pao serving was small. We also had a brief power cut while eating, which we were told happens fairly often because of nearby construction. It came back quickly that time. Our room had no power when we first arrived, and it was still out when we returned after going out. Maintenance came, and electricity was restored later that night. On the last evening, the outlets stopped working again even though the lights stayed on, so we couldn't charge our devices. The safe didn't work either, so we took our valuables and passports whenever we left. There is a buggy for luggage, which is helpful because the second building has a lot of stairs. The room was dirty when we checked in, with clumps of hair on the floor and bed, a dirty sink, and dried mucus beside the towels. Housekeeping changed the sheets and cleaned the floor, but that should have been done before we arrived. The shower didn't drain properly, so water flooded the bathroom. We used towels to mop it up and asked for extra towels and toilet paper, but neither arrived. The lobby bathroom wasn't any cleaner than the public toilets on Bangla Road, and may have been worse. I also wanted to order the pizza through room service on our last night, but it wasn't available on the late night menu. At checkout, I raised our concerns with the front desk and they didn't seem very interested. The location is good, but we had too many problems during the stay.

You can walk to everything from this hotel, which made the location really convenient. The food and service, though, fell short of what I expected. We had breakfast and dinner included, but the food was ordinary. Each of us also had a cocktail included, yet we had to remind the staff about it every day. I've visited Thailand many times and usually love the places I've stayed. Thailand is known for its food and service, but this hotel didn't quite deliver either for me.

We spent three weeks here in December, and I'd love to return as soon as we can. Our room had a lovely sea view, and the hotel is beautiful and set in a lovely location. Chatz and Toy were especially welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The staff went above and beyond for us and were the friendliest people we met in Thailand. The food was excellent, and Toy made us the best cocktails every time. Suzanne and Rob.

I didn't feel welcome here, and the service left me disappointed. Some of the cleaning staff came across as rude, and the staff generally seemed unprofessional. Because of this, I wouldn't choose the hotel again on my next trip to Phuket. On 06/05/2025, at about 10:11 am, I called to order breakfast. The Indian head chef said breakfast service had ended, even though the menu said it ran until 11:00 am. When I pointed that out, he told me they'd forgotten to update the menu. I then ordered coffee and was asked to come downstairs to collect it. I explained that on previous days it had been brought to my room, and said I'd rather get ready and have coffee somewhere else if I had to collect it myself. Only then did he agree to send it up. The hotel itself is good, but the staff need to be more professional.

The room was spacious and comfortable for two, and the hotel is close to Patong beach. A buggy can take you out to the main road, which was handy. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout. Abu in the restaurant was attentive and professional with all my requests, and front desk manager Syed listened calmly and took action right away. It would be more accessible if the room had a wardrobe, but otherwise I had a good experience. I'd recommend the hotel to my colleagues. Thanks, and see you soon.
