Andaman White Beach Resort

We chose this hotel for the beach, and it was worth it. There were only a limited number of guests staying here, so the beach always felt picturesque and wasn't swarmed by people from beachless hotels claiming the same spot all day. We could relax on the balcony, head to the beach, rest and eat, then watch the sunset and return at night to stargaze without fighting for space. The other room reviews may be true, but that didn't matter to us.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, and I thought the location, private beach and balconies made up for the hotel's age. It's a little out of the way, just above Naithon public beach/ town, with a short cab ride into the village. I wouldn't recommend walking on the road. All the rooms seemed to face the private beach, as far as I could tell. We were near the back row and sometimes heard traffic, but there wasn't much of it, so it wasn't a drawback. There are quite a few stairs, and our room was at the far end, which made me feel a bit sorry for the porters. The hotel is showing its age and could use some attention in places.

I wake up each morning and watch the waves crash and palm trees sway from my clean deluxe sea view room, which was as advertised. The breakfast buffet is very good, with lots to choose from, eggs made to order, plenty of juices and fresh fruit, plus cappuccino, lattes or regular coffee. Dinner has a wide menu too. The staff have been extraordinary and attentive, and the place is kept very clean. Check-in was easy, and the service across departments has been outstanding. I'm a seasoned traveler and hard to please, but I'm convinced I struck gold here. My trip isn't quite over, and I'm already very impressed. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews. It's a 5 star resort that won't break your budget, and they have a car that will take you where you want to go and pick you up for a fraction of a taxi fare. Staff, you're doing an outstanding job. It is November 7 2025, and you're the reason this place is amazing.

The beach is stunning and private, and even the bath robe and slippers made the stay feel special. We had a lovely jacuzzi on our private balcony, a beautiful room, fantastic staff and amazing food. What a hidden gem. I really wish we could have stayed longer.
