Our Omani travel companions had spoken highly of this hotel, so we moved here, and it was worth it. The staff greeted us with smiles, and you can order food to your room at prices even lower than 7/11. Everything else was perfect, apart from a slightly broken bathroom door handle.

The reception and breakfast area are covered in tiger print, and the hotel itself is a landmark in a prime spot very close to bangla walking street. It was neat and clean, though there was a constant smell of oil massage, and the powder they put on the bedsheets felt weird. The price is okay, but there are other options to consider.

The front-facing rooms are noisy all night from music, people, and traffic, while the rear ones look straight at the neighboring hotel wall, only 3 feet away. There’s no pool, and the whole place needs a facelift, so calling it a budget hotel doesn’t quite fit. I was very disappointed and won’t return. My previous hotel was much better and a lot cheaper.

A huge hotel aimed at young people, with a good bar. The water can be a problem sometimes.

It’s horrible for sleeping unless you wear earplugs. If you’re not planning to dance outside all night, don’t come here.
