The staff behaved horribly, and I felt they were racist toward us because we were Indian. They also charged us an extra 1000baht for a food stain on a bedsheet. The room was small and dingy, the bathroom door wouldn't lock, and its handle broke, puncturing my foot with a nail. The bathroom hanger was broken too, and the elevator was painfully slow. It was a horrible stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The room service was pathetic, and the rooms don't look like they do in the pictures. Not worth what I spent. Very bad experience.

Great location, with everything within walking distance, and the price was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel provided beach mats and towels, which was convenient. The room was clean, though the old bed sags. I'd stay here again.

We had breakfast included with our room, and the food was quite good, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. The hotel is in a great location, our room and bathroom were clean, and they cleaned daily. Staff were polite and pleasant.
