Best Western Patong Beach

Best Western Phuket is close to everything, and I had a wonderful stay. Got, Lita, and Bao deserve a special thank you for their outstanding hospitality. They welcomed me on arrival, were attentive throughout, and were always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 14 and stayed for five days. Everyone’s name and exact stay dates were on the booking, but check-in still took two and a half hours and our bookings were messed up. After a long flight, that was incredibly frustrating. At checkout they checked every room for every little thing. We had children, so most laundry bags were in the parents’ room. Even after we explained where things were, we were charged for them. Allow extra time for these checks if you have an early flight. The laundry service wasn’t available at the hotel, though luckily we found a nearby place. The restaurant staff were great, and the location is handy, with everything in walking distance. Reception staff need training in dealing with different kinds of guests.

Everything was comfortable and convenient, and the staff treated us very well throughout our stay. They were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and all kinds of services. Highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean and breakfast had plenty of choices. During my pleasant five-night stay, the main issue was noise in the room I got on the first night, which faced the main road. I asked to change rooms, and Duty Manager Mr. Sorasak took care of it promptly and efficiently. I was really impressed by his response and professionalism. I’d suggest asking for a room farther inside the building to avoid road noise. Connecting rooms can also be quite noisy, so avoid those if possible. It was a great stay.
