We had plenty of storage in the room, which worked well for our family, and the pools were clean and enjoyable for both relaxing and having fun. Breakfast was a real highlight, with great quality and lots of choice. The hotel restaurants were excellent too. The staff were warm and helpful throughout. A special thanks to the manager, who arranged a more convenient room for us because we had small children. That made a big difference to our stay.

A great place to wrap up our Phuket trip. The hotel sits right between Kata and the beach, which is about a ten-minute walk away. Everyone was phenomenal, and Wut Aoy gave excellent service around the pool. The staff’s friendliness really made the difference.

Joy was especially lovely, genuine, and caring, and she and the rest of the team made sure we had everything we needed. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, and the hospitality throughout our stay was outstanding. We had a fantastic family trip and would happily recommend the hotel, particularly to people travelling with children. Thanks to the whole team for making it so memorable. We can’t wait to return.

Our two-bedroom family suite had comfortable beds and plenty of space, but the place feels dated and could use a renovation. The sliding doors were hard to lock, and the curtains needed Velcro to stay closed. From the balcony you look over the kids’ pool, so it doesn’t feel private. That may suit families with young children better than those with teenagers. We were told at booking that late checkout would be possible, then told it wasn’t because there weren’t enough rooms. I understand the situation, but they shouldn’t have promised it in the first place. The beach takes a good 10-15 minutes to reach on foot, and the beach itself was packed. We found Patong quieter. There isn’t much nearby for designer shopping either. Check-in felt awkward and set a poor tone after the warm welcome at our previous hotel. There was barely a smile or a word from staff, and nobody explained breakfast, the facilities, or how to get to the beach. We were left to work things out ourselves. They told us to download an app, but it was useless. I’d rather have more personal service.
