The owner and staff were so warm and accommodating that we felt at home, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We stayed two nights and had a great time. Our room stayed comfortable, clean, and well looked after. They topped up the bottled water each day, and the free biscuits and coffee were a nice touch. I'd happily recommend the place and stay again next time I'm in Phuket.

The women working here were lovely, and they even let us check in early. We also found their island tours cheaper than booking online or through other vendors, so I'd choose a tour through them. The place is well kept, and you couldn't ask for a better spot in the heart of the old city.

There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the location is good. The air conditioning, though, just doesn't cool the room. Even at its lowest setting it still feels warm, especially after coming in from the heat. After more than one night the room gets stuffy, and it's so hot you won't want a blanket.

The room was very clean and we felt safe and secure. The staff treated us kindly, too. Shops are easy to reach, including affordable souvenir stores, 7/11, Starbucks, local coffee shops, and local food places.

From the hotel you can walk straight to the local food court, and Phuket Old Town is right around you, so there's lots to explore on foot. The rooms were very clean. Most of the other guests were international travelers, and the place felt calm and uncrowded. Highly recommended.
