Our favourite place to stay. We love the laid-back atmosphere, the pool, the tree, the lovely staff, and the breakfast. They got me a softer mattress, which I appreciated. We’ve stayed here a number of times, and it’s in a great position.

The breakfast is lovely, and the staff are so polite and welcoming. We’ve stayed here twice because Jang Resort feels peaceful and cosy, with a warmth and atmosphere we really love. When we’re in Phuket, I can’t imagine choosing anywhere else. I heard they might take the place down to build a new hotel, and I hope they keep the same feel and the beautiful tree at the entrance. I’d hate to see Jang Resort lose what makes it special by becoming like the other commercial hotels.

The room was clean and breakfast was good, but the noise across the road made the rest of the stay a disgrace. The massage girls kept yelling whenever my girlfriend and I came back. I’d strongly advise giving the Jang a miss.

Rooms are showing some wear, but I love this little, inexpensive hotel. It’s quiet, the staff are great, and you can walk to the nightlife, markets, and beach.

That pool alone is a reason to stay at Jang. The pictures in the promotion match what you get, and the place is comfortable and extremely clean. The staff go above and beyond. I’m going back.
