The staff were the best part of our stay. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. Thanks especially to Maprang, Ploy, Ma, Jane, Rung, Mim, Mai, Nu, Pan, and Gus for their warm service and for making the trip feel special. My husband and I spent eight nights at Nap Patong Hotel in Phuket. It’s close to Patong Beach but still peaceful, and the modern rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend the hotel, and would come back.

The friendly staff, roomy rooms, and really tasty breakfast all made a good impression. The hotel sits on a quiet street but the beach is still close by. The one thing that spoiled it a bit was trying to extend my stay. I was quoted one price, then a little later it had doubled. After checking out, I looked on Trip.com and saw the original price again. Left a bitter taste after such a nice breakfast.

Patong can be chaotic, so this little hotel felt like a lovely oasis. We had a room with a plunge pool and absolutely loved it. The staff were fantastic, and it’s great to see service still matters so much here.

The pool was a nice spot to cool off, and the beach was only a 3-5 minute walk away. Bangla road took around 15-20 minutes on foot. There’s a 7/11 just 3 minutes away, plus a couple of great food places nearby. At Nap Patong Hotel, my room was spacious and kept clean by housekeeping. I also had a big balcony with an outdoor couch, a good place to sit and relax. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for having me.

The staff were so welcoming, and the pool was lovely for unwinding, with a small jetted section too. Breakfast was very good, with plenty to choose from. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and we barely heard any noise since the hotel isn't right by the busy strip. We stayed four nights, which felt a bit long for us in Patong, but the hotel itself made that time enjoyable.
