The location is good and the price isn't high, but staying here felt like torture. The room smelled dusty and strange, and the stained bed left my skin very itchy. It was dirty, noisy from the motorbikes on the main street, and the air conditioner only let me switch it on or off, with no way to change the temperature or mode. The TV didn't work, and there were no towels or slippers. The lift was tiny, slow, and could fit only two people. I couldn't wait for the trip to end. Stay here if you want to ruin your holiday.

It's handy for Phuket Old Town and the Sunday Walking Street Market (Lard Yai), both within walking distance. We found the price very reasonable for the location and quality. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful during our stay, and our room was clean and well kept. A very good choice for a visit to Phuket.

The cleanliness was good, and the old town street is easy to reach on foot. The room is quite small, though in line with the price. I asked to check in early around 2 PM and was told check-in was at 3; they did let us leave our bags in the luggage room. It seemed like early check-in was being refused firmly, even though they started checking guests in around 2:45. I also asked to leave at 1 PM, an hour late, but they refused that too. I've stayed at hotels in many countries and haven't encountered rules this strict, even at 7q hotel near patong beach, where we got in at 11:30 in the morning.

We found it easy to get to, and being on a corner meant it wasn't very loud. The hotel was clean, the rooms tidy, and the staff professional and really helpful. There's also a cafe/restaurant attached, and the food was good. A nice place to stay in the area.

The room was on the small side, but otherwise things were good, including the location. They took a 500 thb security deposit at check-in and returned it when we checked out.
