The kids were completely taken with the yachts, and that made our two days at Boat Lagoon especially memorable. We stayed in a marine-view one-bedroom residence, with rows of yachts right outside the balcony. They loved exploring the marina, talking with yacht owners, watching boats come and go, and going on boat rides. It was a new experience for them, and their excitement made it special for us too. As a Karma member since 2025, I've been to several resorts, but the setting inside Asia’s largest yacht club really made this one stand out. The rooms, views, location, and NH Boat Lagoon compound were all fantastic. We also went to Villa Market and the snow park. The only thing that didn't work as well was the fixed housekeeping schedule. We had to move on to another part of Thailand after just two days, though we wished we could stay longer. The kids' memories of the yachts will stay with us for a long time.

Hanah made my stay especially memorable with her warm welcome, kindness, and thoughtful, professional service throughout. She was attentive to details and always willing to help. NH Boat Lagoon Phuket Resort is beautiful, with excellent facilities, a relaxing feel, and a good location. The staff were attentive and professional, helping make the stay comfortable. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

The food was really good, with lots of choices and both authentic Thai and international flavors. Hirunda, or something like that, looked after me and my group so well. She had a great attitude, kept smiling, and was lovely with us. The place has plenty of facilities, good vibes, and gave us a great experience. I'd recommend Thai visitors and tourists come here at least once in their life.

The marina views are peaceful, with yachts and little private boats around the bay. Rooms at NH Boat Lagoon Resort are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are warm and courteous. Getting there takes around 45-50 minutes from the airport. There aren't cafés, shops, or local Thai restaurants nearby, so you're mostly relying on the hotel's own facilities. It's also a 5-7 minute walk to the main road. A buggy is available, but you have to call for it each time. A good place for quiet downtime if you're happy to stay within the resort and enjoy a scenic marina setting.

The breakfast had a delicious range of options, and room service was excellent. Staff were helpful with everything, especially arranging cabs and transfers to Phi Phi Island. A 7/11 is very close to the property, and buggy service made it easy to get around the grounds. We visited Karma Boat Lagoon in February 2026, paired with NH hotel, and stayed in a spacious two-bedroom villa with good air conditioning and useful cooking amenities. One small improvement would be another bathroom with a shower. There are two bathrooms now but only one shower area, and the bathroom doors could be more fully separated for comfort. Even so, I'd still rate the stay 5/5.
