Phuketa Hotel Phuket Town

I needed somewhere close to bus terminal-2 and stayed for two days. My room faced the courtyard, so it was peaceful, and it had a huge bed, plenty of space, and everything I needed. It was clean too. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was a nice surprise, with tasty options and good variety. There’s parking out front and grocery shops nearby. Thanks, and wishing you prosperity!

We had a clean room on the pool side, and breakfast was okay for a budget stay. Phuketa hotel is nearer to the Phi Phi Island tour departure location, but it’s far from Patong Bangla street, so stay over there if Patong is where you want to be. The main drawback for us was that there’s no elevator. I don’t think the description mentioned it, though maybe I missed it.

For the price, I thought it was worth it. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the pool and gym were kept clean too. Don’t believe the falsified comments. Ask for a pool facing room, because traffic noise from the main road could keep you awake.

The service was bad. Reception and housekeeping nearly scammed us, asking us to pay for a broken bed when we hadn’t broken it. They also claimed we’d moved the beds and reported us to the police. We were taken to the station to give statements, but the police eventually confirmed we hadn’t done any of those things. Housekeeping played the victim through it all.
