Capzule Bed Phuket

What bothered me most was the way the night staff handled a simple request. I was reading in the first-floor common area and asked to leave a small bag of ice in the nearby fridge so it wouldn't melt. I was told the fridge was locked and sent to the third floor. A little later, I saw that same staff member open it to sell water to another guest. It came across as dishonest and a double standard, with very little willingness to help. I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone who values helpful, honest service.

A really nice hostel, with great rooms and your own little “capzule”. The staff are friendly, and it's in a good spot in the old town.

For the price, this was a good place to stay in a convenient location. The capsules were quiet and clean, and the rooms had big lockers. The bathrooms had hot water and fans, and never seemed too busy even when the hostel was full. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. It's not a social hostel, but it covers what you need for a short stay.

The rooftop was a lovely spot for my yoga, and I enjoyed staying here in the off-season. It's close to the old town, cafés, and supermarkets. The staff were so kind, and my room was clean, with a good, private bed.
