We booked for one night. The room was very spacious and the facilities were good, but cleanliness could be better. The female staff member did her best, but the male receptionist was very rude and made us feel like enemies. Check-in felt awkward and unwelcoming. If they fixed that, it would really help the property's image.
The staff are friendly and work hard, though their English is limited. The room was spacious and very clean, with effective AC and a nice private bathroom. The closets have no shelves, so they're kind of useless. It's a missed opportunity not to have mugs and a kettle for morning coffee. Good value, so 4/5 overall.
A budget-friendly stay overall. The room was decent, with a clean toilet and a cushioned bed, though the AC was average. It's away from the main area. There's a place to get drinks right at reception, plus a coffee vending machine.
This was the best quality for the price on my whole trip to thailand. The hotel faces away from the street, so it's quiet, and there's a great gym and convenience nearby. The room was clean and large, with a king-size bed, A/C, a fridge, and a microwave. It's close enough to walk to old Phuket town, without paying as much.
A very affordable place near the Old Town in Phuket, with big rooms and fairly comfortable beds. They don't provide shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, so keep that in mind. There's a Tops Daily (7/11) nearby, though.
