Silver Resortel

I haven't actually stayed here yet, but the way they handled my cancellation made me want to book again. My reservation was non-refundable, and I had to cancel because of an unexpected emergency. They still refunded me even though they didn't have to. Communication was quick, polite, and easy during a difficult time. That kind of understanding says a lot about how they treat guests. I’d absolutely book here in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a place that cares about its customers.

We’ll be back. The hotel is an easy two-minute walk from the beach, with a couple of food markets nearby, and we could get around on foot without needing a car. The room and toilet were clean, and hygiene seemed fine. Most of all, the staff were kind and helpful, which is why I’m giving five stars. Linda was especially professional, polite, and lovely. Thank you!

The reception was a bad start: the older woman there was rude to me at check-in for no reason. On top of that, drilling and construction noise went on all day, the opposite of the rest I booked a hotel for. The people running the place seemed inconsiderate and unprofessional. It was a waste of my time and money. Avoid it if you want to enjoy your holiday.

Quiet, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. The reception was friendly too. It's an awesome no-frills hotel, highly recommend.
