The Rubber Hotel Phuket

The Rubber Hotel was a relaxing, affordable stay, right across the road from Thalang Hospital and under two kilometres from Tonsai Waterfall. It has recently been renovated and is bright, airy, and spotlessly clean. The layout is unusual and a bit quirky, almost like a motel, with rooms in rows across two levels. Everything in our room worked, including the Wi-Fi and AC, and the shower was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The walls were a little thin, though. There are plenty of street food options nearby and a 711 on the corner. We skipped the buffet breakfast, which costs 200 baht. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially the young man at reception during the day. There are two pools, one inside and one outside. We also loved The Neighbors restaurant, just over one kilometre away. We had a great stay and can highly recommend the hotel.

I stayed here while dealing with things at Thalang Hospital. The place was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and there are two pools. The staff were pleasant enough. Booking through an app is cheaper than paying the walk-in rate.

Good value, simple and convenient. The location worked really well for my December EDC Music Festival.

I really enjoyed staying here. My room was cleaned daily, and everything I needed was close by, including a 7 eleven and breakfast options. The airport bus was not far away and cost 50-100 baht to get to the airport or Phuket. The receptionists were very professional. The man who helped me was especially lovely, polite, and always ready to help. It's a little way from Phuket, but it feels more local than touristy :)
