Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket

The hotel has great facilities, but the staff are what made it such a memorable stay. At the pool bar, K. Bill and K. Boy were friendly, attentive and generous. K. Bill noticed I wasn't enjoying my cocktail because it was a bit too strong. I hadn't said anything or asked for a change, but he kindly offered to replace it with something lighter and easier to drink. That attention to detail really stood out. Skye was so helpful at breakfast and greeted us each morning with a big smile. We loved everything on the buffet. At check-in, K. Nicky explained everything clearly and warmly, and Cath showed us to our room and walked us through it. Couldn't ask for more!

I loved how easy it was to go from the pool straight to the beach, though there are no sunbeds on the beach. The hotel is also close enough to walk into the center, and the WiFi worked well across the property. There was plenty of room for families and for guests wanting a quieter break. Breakfast was huge, with different options each morning. The setting is lovely and the staff are so kind and helpful. O at the adults pool gave me especially friendly service and a big smile every day. I also had a great time at the fitness center. I happened to be the only person at Monly's morning yoga session, so it became a fantastic one-to-one class. Some rooms and facilities are a bit worn, but I still really enjoyed my stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket.

The wine was delicious and paired beautifully with the meal. The service was just as impressive: Yada, SU, Natty and my special person, khun ICE, were attentive, warm and professional. They checked in often, made thoughtful suggestions and took care of the details with genuine hospitality. I really enjoyed the Sunday brunch at Centara Grand Phuket. There was a wide selection for different tastes, and everything I tried was flavorful and beautifully prepared. You could see the care in the ingredients and presentation. It was a memorable meal, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket who wants a quality dining experience in a stunning hotel setting.

The pool was wonderful for families, and I loved having Thai food in the evenings. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. At breakfast, Putri, Ray, Ant and Parn even sang "Happy B-day" for my son, while Skye and Aye always greeted us with big smiles. A perfect family holiday. We have to come back!
