The staff were kind and polite, so I don't blame them. The owner needs to take responsibility for the lack of maintenance. Our stay was a nightmare, and I can't recommend this place. We had a pipe burst and flood the bathroom. There was a constant sewage and mold smell from the drains, cockroaches in the bathroom, a leaking shower head, and an old, badly worn bathtub. Ants covered my laptop after I left it on overnight for work. Room 403 also had air conditioning that leaked continuously, so we moved to 404, where the curtains were torn and upkeep was still poor. The mattresses were so hard that all of us had back pain and couldn't rest properly. The beach is advertised as 1 km away, but getting there means walking uphill along a rough road without a pedestrian path. In extreme heat, especially with children, that didn't feel practical or safe. I'd rather pay more for a hotel right on the beach. I booked through On the Beach and honestly can't understand the hotel's high rating. It was extremely disappointing.

Pwint made check-in and the reservation process easy, handling everything quickly and warmly. The Grand View room I asked for wasn't available, but I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Suite. It made the stay even better than I expected. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a welcoming feel. The staff were attentive, professional, and ready to help. My stay was memorable, and I'd happily recommend the hotel and return. Many thanks to Pwint and the rest of the team for their excellent service.

The location worked perfectly for us, with shops and the beach within walking distance. Our room had a lovely open layout and a view over the resort and pool, and it suited our needs really well. The staff were incredibly helpful with general questions and suggestions for things to do. A fantastic stay, we'd definitely say it's worth staying here.

The pool and gym were included, and breakfast was really, really good. My mum and I had an amazing stay at the start of 2026. The staff were fantastic and very supportive, and our room was clean and comfortable. The one letdown was the bathroom. It wasn't as clean as it should be, and the bathtub was old with visible damage.
