Kamala Beach Front Apartment

The location is amazing, but the apartments were in terrible shape. Our room had no WiFi for the entire stay, and nobody was able or willing to fix it. Shared spaces were dirty, with room trash bags lying around, laundry scattered about, and piles of linens waiting to be washed. There wasn't really anywhere communal to relax either. Be careful to book “Kamala beachfront RESORT” if that's what you want. This listing is for “Kamala Beachfront APARTMENTS”.

The room could use an upgrade. The pillows and bed were uncomfortable, and the toilet water pressure was weak. Basic things are provided, including a water heater, TV, toaster, fridge, and cooking utensils, but clean them before using. Staff service was good, the location is great, and the beach is just a few steps away. The pool is cleaned regularly, though it's shallow. There's no breakfast, but eateries are nearby, mostly opening around 9 to 10 am. Overall, it was okay, and I'd consider booking again if I needed to.

The people were great, and having access to both the beach and pool was fantastic. We loved the whole feel of the place, with restaurants nearby and a lovely atmosphere that made us wish we'd stayed longer. We were unsure at first, but the studio exceeded our expectations. If you book, I'd suggest getting the sea view room, it had the best view of the beach. The bed was a little hard, but we didn't ask whether they had a topper, so that's on us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a mix-up with our booking, but the front desk welcomed us warmly and helped us out even though they weren't obliged to. We really appreciated that. The rooms are beautiful and well kept, the view is gorgeous, and the staff are friendly. Thanks also to the pool bar lady for the good mood and good vibes. We're very enthusiastic about this hotel.
