Secret Cliff Villa

The bay view was beautiful, and after a 20-hour travel day this was a great place to settle in and unwind for a couple of days. We stayed three nights in January 2026. The rooms are a little dated, though still very nice, and everything was clean. The staff clearly take pride in their work. Our bed was large and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable, even if it was quite different from what we’d usually have in Canada. There were dishes like green curry and pineapple chicken with vegetables, plus an omelet station. The coffee was great, served with hot milk. The hotel is on a busy highway, so walking isn’t really an option, but the staff provide a shuttle into town each morning. We’d stay here again.

The resort has a great vibe, and breakfast was good. It’s about 3 km from Patong central. The staff were friendly, unlike at some other resorts around here. I’d rate it 4 out of 5 overall. If there’d been an iron in the room, I’d have given it 5. Haha.

The pool and the balcony view were the best parts, and breakfast was pretty decent. We were in room 327. The location is inconvenient, though, and the staff weren’t much help with getting around. Grab was almost impossible to use, so you may need Bolt instead. The room felt old, with a very basic but functional bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but the door lock didn’t feel reliable, which made me worry about security. The gym was mostly unusable: only the treadmill worked properly, and the dumbbells were usable. Most of the other equipment was broken.

I’m having a wonderful stay at this hillside hotel in Phuket. The infinity pool looks out over the greenery, and the views across the property are breathtaking. It’s been easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The whole team has been kind and ready to help with anything I needed. Service is warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Special thanks to Eak for going above and beyond. His professionalism and genuine care made the stay feel even more personal and memorable. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Phuket.
