Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

Naithon Beach is wonderfully peaceful, and the beachfront resort sits about 15 minutes from Phuket Airport. The grounds are spacious and blend beautifully into the natural surroundings. Our room felt like a dream, with generous space, lovely furnishings, a big balcony, and stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast left nothing to be desired, and we also enjoyed the two à la carte restaurants, Echo and Vero. The different pools were relaxing, with breathtaking views, and even the fitness center looks out over the ocean. Loved it, and I hope to return someday.

Naithon Beach gave us a calm last beach day before heading home, and it's much more serene than Phuket's busier areas. Just outside the resort we found plenty of good, inexpensive food spots and massage places, so it was easy to enjoy local options without spending much. We picked Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach for the easy airport access after visiting Phi Phi Islands and other places. The short drive made departure hassle-free the next morning. We stayed one night at the end of our Thailand trip and only wish we'd booked a few more days. The whole place felt peaceful and upscale, with beautiful design and excellent service. It was an ideal spot to unwind after the islands. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and everything from check-in to leaving went smoothly. Next time we'd plan a longer stay.

The guest-to-pool ratio felt high. You could usually find a sunlounger, but the area got crowded and some loungers were a long way from the water. Vero, the Italian restaurant, might suit families, though I wouldn't recommend it to a discerning diner. I had a soundproofing issue in my room, and the team reacted incredibly quickly to help. The grounds are lovely and tropical, the rooms are well decorated and maintained, and the beach the hotel overlooks is one of Phuket's best. The staff were proactive, helpful, smiley, and kind. Echo's food is great, and the spa is really lovely. The manager knows their stuff, and the therapists are good. K. Kam gave me possibly one of the best massages I've ever had.

The Pullman Arcadia Naithon stood out from the other five-star hotels we stayed at on our Thailand trip. It sits on a hill with sweeping beach views and has some great pools with swim-up bars. It's removed from the crowds while still being convenient for lovely beaches and restaurants. Banana Beach was our personal favourite. The staff were thoughtful and went above and beyond for us. The shuttle between the rooms and lobby was a nice touch too. We can't wait for another chance to come back. A great place for a relaxing holiday.
