Peter at reception made our stay so much better. He was professional, sweet, and helpful, and whenever I had a complaint, he found a solution. A wonderful receptionist and person. The hotel itself was good too, with clean, cozy rooms and AC that worked fine. The beach is a 5/8 min walk away, there’s a convenience store 70m from the hotel, and a very good restaurant right next door. We’ll be back for sure.

The staff and housekeepers were all friendly and helpful, and I felt welcome as soon as I arrived. For the price and location, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s close to the beach and nightlife, but tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxing.

The place is really peaceful, and the rooms are spotless. Lilly, one of the receptionists/staff member, greeted me with such a warm smile and friendly energy that I felt at home right away. She’s very helpful and happy to take care of any requests. I’ll keep coming back here. -Ryan.

At Square One Hotel Patong, the staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable. The beach and Bangla Road are both just a short walk away, and I’d highly recommend the hotel!
