De Boutique Hotel

For a low price, you get a good room, and stays longer than two days get a discount. It’s a fair deal. The hotel has two buildings with different room types, and in seven years of visiting Thailand this is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s well located, not far from the sea, with a bit of a sea view. Beds are good, the staff are super friendly, and you can rent a bike. There are plenty of parking spaces, and it wasn’t very noisy. The air conditioning is clean and very quiet. The TV wasn’t easy to operate, so we needed help. There’s no rail or hanging system for clothes. There isn’t really a breakfast, just some snacks and coffee, but for the price that’s okay.

The staff may not speak much English, but they worked hard to answer all my questions and help with requests. Their attitude really impressed me. One gentleman carried our luggage upstairs and patiently explained everything, which was next-level service. The rooms at De Boutique Hotel were clean and comfortable, with basic breakfast and Wi-Fi included. There’s parking, and it’s generally quiet, making it suitable for a short stay or stopover. Good value for budget travelers looking for comfort and sincere hospitality. I’d definitely recommend it.

The location is great, just five minutes from the promenade, with shops and restaurants all around the hotel. It’s clean and the staff are really friendly. They speak very little English, but Google Translate worked fine for us. There’s a basic free breakfast, just sweet bread items, but that was okay. We stayed in the block at the back and there was very noisy building work opposite. We asked to move to the block above reception, but were told it was full, which I’m not sure I believe. The bikes we hired there were far too small for us, so I’d suggest renting elsewhere. It’s 690 baht per day, but we paid around 800 through Agoda. I’d book directly next time, since it’s cheaper, and reception offers a discount for stays of two nights or more.

A clean, nice hotel in a good location. The room was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. I’d stay here again.
