We paid 400 baht for a room without breakfast, and it was in excellent condition. Everything was clean and ready to use, including the air conditioner, fan, TV, refrigerator, water heater, wardrobe, and bed. The owner was very attentive. It's in Pua town, around 600 m from the evening market and 1.2 km from the morning market.

The room felt more like a hotel room than a hotel. From 7 am on, it was noisy, with people dragging beds and wardrobes around. The owner and staff talked loudly right outside our room and kept walking back and forth. It felt as if they were pressuring us to check out.
