The place is comfortable and clean, and quiet and secluded while still close to all the amenities. John, his family, and his team of supper staff make it a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at Coconoi Residence. The rooms are comfortable and it’s conveniently located in Rawai. The landlord is a great guy, and the cleaners are friendly and helpful. Absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it.

The location is just off the main noisy road on a small side street, which is perfect. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and they even leave water and coffee refills by your door if you don’t want cleaning. The garden is cozy, and the studio is very spacious, with a kitchen, sofa, comfy bed, and big balcony. 100% recommended.

The owners made me feel so welcome, and I really appreciated how kind they were. I spent a month here and would happily come back. It’s cozy, peaceful, spotless, and has everything you need.

I found it great value for a longer monthly stay. The studio is roomy and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, and sits in a central but quiet part of Rawai. The owner is helpful, the staff know their jobs, and the dogs are friendly.
