Nga Chang By Intira Villas

My children got chemical burns on their private parts because of high levels of Cyanuric acid in the pool. They couldn't use it for more than half of our stay, until the entire pool had to be refilled. The manager kept saying he was “at a bigger loss” than I was. For the problems in my villa, I got $200 aud back from the $3,750 aud I paid. They don't care about customers and just want money. I also paid 4700 baht for electricity, including the pool's power even though I couldn't use it.

The hosts were disrespectful and lied to us a few times, which made the rest of our trip difficult. I don't recommend this property. If you do book it, make sure you know all the rules and take photos before and after, in case the host makes a claim through the booking platform.

The staff were really helpful. We had a nice stay, and I'd recommend this place.

The villa was beautiful and the service was fantastic. Staff were very friendly, and the management team answered any questions we had promptly. I have plenty of good things to say about the company and its villa services. We'll definitely come back.
