The food was a real highlight, fresh, healthy, and delicious at every meal. After eating this way for a while, I could really feel the difference. The daily choices were great too, from fitness classes and yoga to breathwork, ice baths, and workshops. You can join as much or as little as you want, and the coaches know when to encourage you and when to let you rest. This was my second visit to Phuket Cleanse, and honestly one of the best experiences of my life. My family and I felt at home from the moment we arrived. The team is warm, caring, and always ready to help, and the place has a positive community feel with guests from around the world. I met wonderful people and left feeling fitter, lighter, clearer, and more focused. Mel, the owner, brings so much enthusiasm, drive, and knowledge, and supported everyone with their needs. She’s a fantastic host. And yes, Stanton really is as handsome as he says! 😄 We’re certain we’ll visit again.

The people made Phuket Cleanse especially memorable. I met so many wonderful souls, and the community among guests, staff, and practitioners felt truly special. The food and service deserve a big mention. Jane and the kitchen team were wonderful, and I could drop in during the day for a snack, protein shake, or smoothie, either choosing my own or asking them what they recommended. Sun also gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. It was unforgettable and one of the highlights of my stay. I was surprised by how much I learned, beyond fitness and nutrition, about wellbeing, mindfulness, and working on myself. It was exactly the reset I needed. Many guests had returned before, which says a lot about the care and consistency at Phuket Cleanse. I understand why they keep coming back, and I’ve already recommended the place to everyone I’ve spoken with since getting home. I can’t wait to return. The programme was flexible, so I could do as much or as little as I wanted and make the stay my own. Staff took time to get to know me, and Mel and Stanton personalized classes and sessions wherever they could. The trainers and coaches were knowledgeable and clearly experts in their fields. From the minute I arrived, the staff were ready to help with anything.

The guests, classes, and facilitators were all inspiring, and the food was outstanding. Stanton and Mel made sure everyone felt welcome and had a memorable time. It was such a special stay, and I’ll definitely come back.
