The room itself was good, but breakfast was a letdown. We booked it included, and all we got was coffee and a cold, premade tortilla in a box. Disgusting and very misleading.

I slept really well, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are lots of restaurants by the road nearby, and I walked to the beach in about 25 minutes. The only issue was the WiFi stopped working in the morning.

I liked the quiet, tree-filled surroundings, and the rooms were clean and cozy for the budget price. Service was good too. There's no breakfast, but plenty of nearby restaurants. The beach and Nuanthip pier are a 35 minutes drive away, so you'll probably need a car or motorbike, or can call Grab or Bolt. If you want peace and quiet, the location is great.

I booked a Deluxe Triple room while my family was visiting, and it was clean, roomy enough for three, and good for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was nowhere proper to put our things, though: the space under the TV and the desk in front of the bathroom didn't help, and we ended up using the floor and a small couch beside the bed near the window. There was no table or chair in the room. Sorry about the photos, I took them before we left so you could see that.

For just 10 usd, you can stay the whole night. It's a clean, comfy bedroom with a shower room, and the cheapest place in the area. I've stayed at a lot of B2 franchises, and this one's the nicest. The staff are nice, and housekeeping did a good job during my 17 days there. Give it a try.
