The owner, Ms. Kanta Vit, made the stay feel especially welcoming. She's kind, humble, and clearly cares about guests, treating us more like family than customers. The service was excellent, and she was helpful and respectful throughout. Saitharn Iyara Resort is a peaceful, beautiful place surrounded by nature, kept very clean and in great condition. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The calm atmosphere made the stay memorable. I'd happily come back, and recommend it to anyone wanting comfort, peace, and genuine hospitality.

We didn't stay overnight, just came for the river raft, and it was so worth it. Sliding, jet skiing, and riding the raft were a blast. We had a small child with us, and it was definitely fun and kid-friendly.

The towels and sheets looked old and not properly washed, and the place wasn't clean. The staff were nice, but just OK.

Even during the pandemic this place was hanging on. We found the staff friendly, and they called to check when we'd arrive and ask about dinner preparations. The location is great and the rooms are OK. There are extra activities, including boat rides and slides on the River Kwai, and plenty of parking. The weather was cool and we didn't see mosquitoes while there. Breakfast was served in front of our room, in the tent set up for the previous night's barbecue. They provide barbecue stove service for free, and you can order Mookata too. The swimming pool is small and could use a little more upkeep. A good place for a family with kids for one or two nights.
