The staff were friendly and courteous and did their jobs well, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for comfort or relaxation. I have back injuries from my service in the US military, and the bed felt like it had only a box spring, no mattress. Sleeping on it was unbearable, so I couldn't get a good night's rest and had to book another hotel. I lost $187 (8 nights) usd, and the manager wouldn't refund the eight nights I didn't stay. I felt that was stealing from customers and should be reported. The hotel is in the middle of a field, and traveling alone, I would have been lost trying to find it. There's no food at the hotel, so you have to take a taxi to a restaurant. There are no elevators for heavy luggage and no swimming pool. Water gets everywhere after a shower, making the smooth bathroom tiles a slipping hazard. The price per night wasn't worth the inadequacies we faced.

We booked two rooms. One was fairly dirty, with little food leftovers on the table and big clumps of hair in the shower. The other was cleaner, but its air conditioning was horribly loud. The rooms in general look quite worn. The location is a bit out of the way, though plenty of restaurants and shops are a five-minute walk away. Avoid staying here if you need Wi-Fi for work. Nine of the hotel's ten Wi-Fi networks didn't work at all, and the one that did only reached some rooms.
