The security runs 24 hours, and the location is handy: about a 15-minute walk to the BTS Skytrain and seven minutes on foot to Imperial World Samrong. There are plenty of local shops and places to eat nearby. The condo also has a gym and pool, though the gym is small and may not work well at busy times. The pool has been closed for renovation since around September 2025 and still hasn't reopened, which is a real letdown when it's one of the advertised facilities. Inside, the air doesn't feel very fresh, drainage pipes clog often, and the lighting in both the rooms and common areas is dim. It's an acceptable place for security and location, but upkeep problems and the long pool closure take away from the experience. Better maintenance and clearer renovation updates would help.

Thinking of renting or buying a room here? I wouldn't. The office staff are really rude. When you ask them for help, they give lots of excuses and walk away. As a foreigner, you might feel some racism from them, though I've heard they don't treat locals well either.

There's a small gym and pool, and the entrance uses facial recognition. The condo is conveniently close to a metro station and a large shopping mall, though the street you have to walk along to get there is very narrow and difficult for pedestrians. The bigger issue is the neighboring house, where someone keeps five dogs. They make a hellish racket around 6-7 AM, especially for windows in Building B that face the vacant lot. If you're jet-lagged, getting sleep can be especially hard. If you rent here, I'd pick a window facing the courtyard or a building other than Building B.

The management is awful. They're rude, unhelpful, and communicate terribly. They couldn't even understand why I was picking up a package.
