In my A12 room, the walls were so thin that people outside could hear easily. I also found the AC hard to adjust because there was no indication of what I was changing. The bed was very firm, fine for me but not for my wife. There weren’t enough places to hang clothes, and the sink and toilet were small, though clean and functional. The soap dispensers were great.

This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed in Thailand. The room was old and worn, and there were no clothes hangers. The so-called free breakfast was just a stack of white bread with condensed milk in a corner. I waited 30 minutes thinking the kitchen was making something, then realized that was the breakfast. At night, lots of insects and animals ran around on the roof. I think they gave me the oldest room, since I saw newer ones there. Maybe it was because I paid only 420 baht for the night. Terrible, I can’t recommend this resort.

Spacious rooms, a very good location, and nature right nearby. The morning light was soft, with birds chirping, and the breakfast area had a fresh feel. A good place to stay.

These log cabins on the edge of town are great value, and the staff or owners were incredibly hospitable. Behind the lodge there’s a durian, papaya, and rambutan plantation that’s well worth a stroll. The plantation owner is at the resort.
