We first noticed the air conditioning wasn’t working properly when we got to the room. A staff member came up after we called reception, switched it to turbo, and asked us to wait and see if it cooled down. They said they’d consider moving us if it didn’t. We had several rooms booked together, so we asked if we could stay in the same building. The staff said they’d check. The air conditioning still wasn’t improving, so we called again to request a move and asked if the building was full. This time they immediately said we’d have to go to another building because ours was fully booked. We agreed, but then had to wait a long time. Eventually a staff member called with the new room details and came to escort us, although at first we’d been told to walk there ourselves. When we got back to the new room around 12:30 AM, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. We called reception twice with no answer, so we walked over. We saw more cockroaches in the corridor on the way. At the desk, we asked to borrow insect spray. The staff searched for a while, then said they couldn’t find it and didn’t know where housekeeping had put it. We kept waiting until a friend staying in another room came and removed the cockroach for us. The service was poor, staff communication felt unprofessional, and the hygiene and cleanliness were unsatisfactory.

We found a cockroach when we came back to the room on the first day, then another in the bathroom around 10:40 PM the next night. When we called reception, we got the same answer as before: housekeeping had finished their shift, and they didn’t know where the staff had gone. We asked if someone could come catch it. The staff hesitated, then said yes, but nobody arrived. One of our companions had a headache and needed to rest, so we caught it ourselves. A staff member knocked a little later, after we’d already dealt with it. It was hard to reach the front desk because nobody answered the phone.

The power went out during the day. We had to call reception to get daily cleaning, even though we’d put the sign on the doorknob.

The power outage lasted for hours, and nobody had warned us beforehand. Staff seemed unprepared, there was no backup power, and we got no apology or solution. To make things worse, they hung up the phone. The hotel seemed understaffed, and nobody appeared to care about our concerns. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are better options nearby with reliable service and working facilities. Staying here risks your comfort and peace of mind.
