Prime Deluxe Villa No. V17

A very good villa.

After I booked for over 8,000 baht, they told me the real price should be around 17,000, claiming Agoda had entered the wrong rate. But when I kept checking, the system still showed the same price. I had already paid, and the money was tied up until Agoda processed the refund, so I had to find somewhere else to stay and wait. The number they gave me couldn't be reached and said it was temporarily suspended. I eventually found another contact, but they brushed me off and said they'd call back. I wouldn't discuss it further. They told me I had to cancel, yet the price still hadn't changed. They acted as if nothing had happened and just told me to wait for the refund. You set the price yourself, so can you cancel whenever you want?

We were a group of eight and got breakfast each morning, with housekeeping provided. This four-bedroom, five-bathroom place worked really well for us. The owner was always there to help, and it's handy for the motorway, restaurants, and cafes. There is room for two cars inside, plus more parking out front. The bedrooms each have a large TV, and there's a Marshall Bluetooth speaker with the sound quality you'd expect from the brand. The showers had a little low pressure, and the bedroom air conditioning cooled the rooms but wasn't especially powerful.
