The view was amazing, and the hotel itself was even prettier than we expected. Our family had a clean, comfortable room, enjoyed the delicious food, and loved the peaceful feel by the beach. Check-in was easy, but what really made the stay special was how kind and helpful everyone was. Opel, Lyn, Aum& Seven took such good care of us and always seemed ready to help. We felt genuinely welcomed and would happily return 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

This was my second stay at Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa, and I was even happier with it than the first time. The room was just as spacious and comfortable as I remembered, and the whole visit felt warm from beginning to end. The check-in and check-out were especially easy thanks to Avm, who patiently explained each step and made sure we understood everything. At the front desk, Seven was just as thoughtful. He was professional but also so friendly that talking with him felt like catching up with an old friend. He listened patiently, kept a genuine smile, offered to help with travel advice, and told us about the resort shuttle. His service really stood out after all the hotels I've stayed in. It was such a pleasure meeting Seven and Avm. Their care added so much to our vacation, and Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa will be my first choice when I visit Pattaya again.

The staff made the biggest impression on us. Mr. Johnnie looked after us so well and even surprised us with a lovely room decoration, while Ms. Pawn at the lobby front desk patiently and professionally helped with everything we needed. We also loved the setting and the food, from the view outside our room and the quiet beach to the well-kept pool, delicious meals, and homemade ice cream at the Resort Cafe. It turned into the relaxing, happy holiday we had hoped for, and the stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to come back.

Seven and AUM ARM made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were warm and professional, got me through check-in efficiently, and patiently answered my questions about the hotel and local recommendations. Their thoughtful attention made the whole stay better. Thanks to both of them for such lovely service. I'd gladly return.
