It's family friendly, with a nice clean pool for guests. The quiet beach is an easy walk away, and restaurants and other places on the main road aren't far. The area feels much calmer than Pattaya.

This is a condo complex, not a hotel, with big condos, a proper kitchen, and a large balcony. The pool is great, it's quiet, and the beaches are close. It's a bit far from Pattaya, and there's no nightlife here if that's what you're after.

We bought a place here last year as our base in Thailand, and we love it. It's well managed and maintained, with a welcoming, friendly community. The main drawback is how far out it is from central Pattaya and Jomtien, but it's ideal if you want a quiet life.

It's a quiet place to live, with great people and a super friendly team. We love it here. This is a residence, not a hotel, and I'd recommend buying or renting long term if you're looking for somewhere peaceful.

A really relaxing spot, with a fantastic clean pool. We stayed in Steve and Julie's condos. Bang Sare is right beside it for bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.
