The staff were attentive and friendly, and they fixed a small issue immediately when I mentioned it in passing. My room at Bania 813 House was spotless, comfortable, and nicely designed, with a calm atmosphere. The location also worked really well, about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and just a short stroll from Bang Niang Market. Bania Boutique House is right across the street, so everything feels connected. I stayed here on my last night in Khao Lak and would happily return.

I got my dates wrong and arrived in Khao Lok a day early, without anywhere booked. Nautical Home B&B, where I'd originally booked, recommended Bania, and luckily they had a room free. It was spacious and very nice, more like an apartment I could actually live in. The king bed was comfortable and the AC worked great, and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. The main road to the Khao Lok strip and market is quite busy to cross, but there's a crosswalk that makes it safer. I'd stay again.

A new, private room that's clean and functional, with easy self check-in. The bed was really soft and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. The market is within walking distance. Must try.

The room was very clean, and the bed comfortable. Everything seemed newly built. It's conveniently set just off the Main Street, so the location is handy but still quiet. Checking in and out was easy.
