U Pattaya Hotel

Everyone took such good care of us, especially Win, who looked after my dad the whole stay since he needed a wheelchair. Honestly, all the staff were so kind and seemed to have real customer service at heart. Our room was spacious, cozy, and clean, and the dining area was breezy and comfortable. My family and I didn't get to try dinner, but I ordered wine and cocktails, and they tasted amazing. Breakfast was fantastic too, with lots of Thai and Western options.

We spent 8 nights in a large room with a spacious outdoor terrace and a big private pool. U Pattaya is a beautiful boutique hotel, small and personal, with a very relaxing feel. We ate almost all our meals there because the food was so good. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the restaurant served delicious food throughout the day. The staff made the stay especially memorable. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and gave excellent service. A special thank you to Kan, Tono, Aaey, and Anon from the restaurant, and to Fon for doing such a wonderful job cleaning the room. The hotel app was another plus, making it easy to order services and contact staff. We highly recommend the hotel and would love to return.

The garden was lush and lovely, and from our spacious room on the third floor we had a beautiful sea view. We were only there one night, but had a great time. The room had everything we needed, and all the staff were superstars, so friendly and welcoming. Special mention to P’Kan in the restaurant, who was sweet and attentive, and P’Loong the mechanic, who came to sort out our jacuzzi issue within a minute of our call to reception. I'd recommend this place if you're after a quiet, relaxing stay.

The peaceful, uncrowded setting made the five nights feel restful and connected to nature. The hotel is beautiful, right by the sea, with absolutely stunning views. Every staff member was kind, polite, friendly, and attentive, with clear suggestions and help whenever we needed it. Their warm hospitality made the trip feel special.
