Worita Cove Hotel

That breakfast buffet was amazing, definitely one of the best we've had. My husband and I spent four days and three nights here and came away feeling refreshed after a really peaceful, relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. They even arranged laundry for us before checkout, which made things easy. When we got lazy in the room, it was simple to head downstairs and take a nice walk along the beach right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended!

The staff were nice and the service was good. There was a wide range of breakfast, and the spaghetti, pizza, dim sum and cakes were all very good. Our room had a good view of the beach, though the shower pressure was so high it felt uncomfortable to use.

The staff were excellent, though one waiter seemed miserable and got annoyed while trying to give us someone else's food. The location isn't great for things to do on foot, and getting to the main Pattaya beach area takes about 20-30 minutes by Grab taxi. There were lots of ants in the room, and the sewage smell from outside was constant and could be overpowering. My “Seaview” was mostly a big tree blocking the water, plus the adjacent restaurant's parking lot. The Wi-Fi never worked for me.

The food was okay, but nothing memorable, and the rooftop bar felt generic without much character. The atmosphere overall was decent, but the beach by the hotel was untidy, and the shoreline rocks meant for protection seemed poorly maintained, affecting both the look and safety of the area. Since it's right by the hotel, I think it should be better cared for. I'm not sure who's responsible for upkeep. I was disappointed by the welcome too. There was no welcome drink, and the front desk staff seemed disorganized and impolite. I was asked to change seats several times without explanation or courtesy, which felt confusing and dismissive. Given the warm hospitality Thailand is known for, my stay was underwhelming.
