Wyndham Jomtien Pattaya

The people are what make Wyndham Hotels & Resorts stand out. They're gracious, attentive and professional, and make guests feel understood, valued and at home. The care feels personal and consistent, not just like routine service. The rooms balance style with comfort, and the facilities, from the calm pools to the inviting dining spaces, are designed to make the stay easy and enjoyable. The details speak to quality and convenience. There's an atmosphere of ease and trust throughout, with sincere service and a comfortable, refined feel. It became more than a visit for me, and I'd be glad to return.

The service really blew me away. Everyone at the parking area and all the bell boys were so welcoming, especially Khun Wasusiri ( Khun Oui). He went beyond the door duties and checked in with guests in the lobby to see if everything was alright or anyone needed help. I was genuinely surprised by that level of care. The housekeeper on Building 1( floor 7) was lovely and always smiling too. I came from Phuket to Pattaya this time, and for service, I think Pattaya came out ahead of Phuket.

The pool was fantastic, and having a bar beside it made relaxing there even better. The room was clean and fairly new, and the bathroom had excellent water pressure. But hot water running through the bathtub brought up an unpleasant drain smell. Restaurant staff were friendly, often smiling, and quick to clear plates, though the food didn't meet Wyndham standards and dishes weren't kept at the right temperature. The front desk staff were polite but not very attentive, and didn't greet guests who approached them. The location is remote if you're not on a group tour or traveling by car. Grab and taxis are hard to find, and there aren't any convenience stores nearby.

The restaurant staff and bell man were the best part of our trip, so nice and welcoming, and our suite was incredible, clean and very well equipped. But the stay didn't feel like a five-star hotel. We were only there one night, and the food was just okay, although there was a lot of variety. The TV said room service orders were accepted until 11pm, but when we called at 10:10, we were told the cutoff was 10pm. Why doesn't the room information say that? Please update it if it's wrong. And when we went to the pool, the towels were out of stock.
