The family running this place were so welcoming. They helped arrange our onward travel and were always around to answer questions. Our clean room had a very comfortable bed, and the patio doors opened onto our own terrace overlooking the property's lovely private gardens. We loved having a peaceful little oasis in the heart of Koh Lipe, with everything still close by. Pattaya and Sunset beaches were a few hundred metres away, and Walking Street was about 10 minutes on foot. The pool gets plenty of daytime sun, though we didn't see anyone using it because the beach is so nearby. Free snorkels and paddle boards were available whenever we wanted, great for watching the sunset from Pattaya beach's calm water. We wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else on the island. It was perfect for us.

The friendly staff, comfortable bed and good air conditioning were the best parts of our stay. The quiet location is a bit of a walk from town, though Pattaya Beach is just a five-minute walk away. Our room was cramped and quite run down, and we could hear neighbours talking through the bathroom wall. The pool was murky and didn't look very clean. For the price, I think there are better options nearby. At 2,500 baht, it would be good value.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and even picked us up by taxi when we arrived. Our room and toilet were clean, though the room felt a bit cramped for us as a couple. Water pressure was low, and there were cockroaches inside. The beach is about a five-minute walk away, and Walking street takes around 15 minutes on foot. We hadn't booked breakfast, but the hotel provided a basic one for free: toast, tea or coffee, and banana. I'd recommend it if the price fits your budget.

The service was friendly and quick to respond, and there are two stand-up paddles guests can use for free, which is a real plus. Great apartment, about 300 metres from the beach.
