We only stayed one night at Jasmine Resort Sriracha, but the staff made it memorable. They were polite and professional from the moment we arrived, spoke to us warmly, and showed us to the room without any trouble. Our kettle overheated during the stay. The team didn't blame us or ask awkward questions. They checked on us right away, sent housekeeping to clean, and moved us to another room without waiting for us to request it. I've worked in a lot of hotels, and I believe the people are what make a hotel good. Jasmine Resort clearly gets that. The care we received felt beyond a 5-star standard. Outstanding staff and service, with a genuinely caring approach. Highly recommended.

The housekeeping was one of the biggest problems for us, as the staff didn't seem professional. The living room air conditioner also has no temperature control and gets extremely cold once it's switched on. We were told when booking that there would be enough drinking water, but for four adults we got only six 500ml bottles on the first day. When we asked, they brought just two more. Normally you'd expect at least two bottles per person. The second day was the same, and when we asked again they refused, saying extra bottles would cost 20 baht each. A male supervisor told me this during the day. If a promise can't be kept, I'd recommend avoiding this place at all costs. There are some decent facilities: a playground, two swimming pools, an indoor kids club, a gym, and a hot spring.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, and we ate well at the hotel's restaurant, “The Brown Door,” which was excellent. There are indoor and outdoor pools, plus a vending machine selling soft drinks and beer. We stayed here after a school football game tournament at Rugby Schools because we didn't want to drive to Bangkok and back in one day. It was just the right base for what we needed.

The surroundings and service attitude are extremely poor. There's no 7-11 outside the hotel, which is really inconvenient. Unless you'd rather sleep on the street, don't come here!
