Tik was amazing and gave us a room for two for 500 THB. Breakfast and coffee were included, and a bike cost 200 THB per day. There’s also a discount for bookings of 10 days or more. Amazing place.

Our group booking turned into a bit of a nightmare because the older couple who seem to run the place can be disorganized and not very logical. Still, the rooms were clean, with hot showers and working air conditioning. If all you need is a clean, safe place to sleep for one night, it works well.

You can walk to large shopping areas with lots of restaurant choices, and the resort itself sits away from the main road, so nights are peaceful. Its flowers and garden make the outdoor area a nice place to unwind, and the property is well maintained. The family who run it were often around and clearly enjoy what they do. They also gave us helpful ideas for things to do and how to get there. Getting into town is easiest by scooter, which you can rent at the resort for a good price, 200 THB for 24 hours. If you don't want to drive, just ask them to call a taxi or TukTuk. There's also convenient, inexpensive laundry service, handy for backpackers.
