The front desk is very helpful, and the maid is really nice and helpful too. I’d stayed here before and had great service, so I brought my wife to visit my family and we stayed for five nights in a river-view room. One evening we sat down for dinner and a waitress brought us drinks. We wanted to order food, but after 20 minutes nobody came back to take our order. They served another table that had arrived after us and still didn’t come over. We decided to pay and leave. They didn’t ask why, and I think they knew. There was no eye contact. I’m so disappointed. My wife is from America, and she felt they didn’t want to serve her. Management needs to train the staff.

I had a comfortable stay while visiting Chai Nat. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, decent Wi-Fi, and a good desk that made working from the room easy. The hotel was clean and quiet, and good value for the price.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the rate was reasonable at 1190 THB including breakfast. It’s a very nice, quiet hotel facing the chao phraya river. But I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids: the window is very low, and you could fall down to the open ground-floor porch where there are lots of dining tables and chairs.

We had a bathtub rather than a shower, and it was pretty worn. There was a tide mark and stains, and it had lost its shine years ago, I think.
