For 500B, I got a clean, nice room with parking right in front. Very convenient.

Having the parking spot right outside the hotel door was a concept I liked, and the room itself was spacious and okay. I booked two rooms, though one smelled like a carcass and had broken lights and a spider web. The other had a leak, probably rainwater. There was heavy rain and wind during my stay, and the power was out from 2am to 6am. The receptionist only speaks Thai. If you're coming from Malaysia, bring a socket adapter. I had to look around and paid 75baht for one. 7E sometimes carries them, but I only found one at an electrical shop. Using pictures and sign language helped.

The room was clean, new, and excellent, and it was a cheap, nice place to stay. The bad smell made me a little uncomfortable, though. Apart from that, the hotel was superb.

The king bed was very comfortable, but a cockroach greeted me when I arrived. The receptionist can't speak any language other than Thai.
