The Bed Vacation Rajamangala Hotel

I was traveling alone, but the pool and mini water park looked perfect for families with kids. My room was spotless and huge, easily big enough for six people, and the staff were attentive throughout. On the morning of December 5th, 2025, I suddenly needed a taxi to the airport. My agent couldn't help and Grab cars weren't available because it was the pre-flood season in Hat Yai. The receptionist went out of their way to find me a taxi and saved my morning. Thanks for such wonderful service, please keep it up!

Loved the water park and pool, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries. Customer service was truly exceptional, and the guard was very helpful too. I'll come again from Malaysia!

The atmosphere is great, though the hotel is old and has stairs everywhere. One room for four people cost an extra 500 baht per person, and the pool closes at 6:30 pm.

The sea is just a one-minute walk from the entrance, and there’s a lively local night market about a six-minute drive away. The area felt calm, the drivers were considerate, and the people were some of the friendliest we’ve met. The hotel was relaxing, family-friendly, and accommodating for guests with accessibility needs. It may be an older property, but it’s spotless and very well kept, with koi ponds and a lovely pool just steps from our room. We were warmly welcomed, our bags were brought straight to the room by valet, and check-in was easy. No tip was needed, though I was happy to give extra because the service felt so effortless and genuine. Fantastic value, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend it for a welcoming, memorable stay.
