The small free breakfast was a plus: rice soup, coffee or Ovaltine, cookies, and stuffed breads, though they weren’t fresh. There are also some wooden bungalows on the grounds that might be good, though I can’t say for sure. The room in the house was tiny, with one bed and worn-out, useless pillows. There was a very small table and another one a little bigger, but no fridge. The room felt unfriendly and was quite noisy, right beside the highway. At 500 bath it’s cheap for tourists, but the room isn’t worth the price. There’s no in-room service: the bed wasn’t made, the room wasn’t cleaned, towels weren’t changed, and the trash bins weren’t emptied. It’s only a place to try to sleep for one night if you can’t find another hotel or guesthouse.

We were lucky to find a room here during Loy Krathong, when every hotel was sold out. For the price at that time, it was a very decent option. The room is basic, but the other places were so expensive that this one was okay.

Rooms are clean and spacious, with air conditioning, a TV, refrigerator, water heater, and free Wi-Fi. The beds are comfortable after a long journey, and the decor is simple but elegant. There are single and family room options. For affordable accommodation, friendly owners, and a peaceful place to unwind in Sukhothai, it’s a good choice.
