The bathroom was filthy, the faucet was broken, and you had to leave the room to reach it. There was no soap or other amenities, and the room looked nothing like its pictures. We had prepaid on agoda for two rooms, but after we arrived and waited and called several times, a man finally came to reception and said there were no rooms. He then said we were lucky because he had one left, so we had to share it. We got no apology or refund and still paid for the two rooms we booked. The photos of those rooms had looked better, and the whole thing felt like a scam.

I live in Chiang-Mai, and this was my second time here. The food was really good, including everything that came with it. I didn't take any pictures, but it was ( aloy Di mag ma). Service was good too.

It's about 4 kms from the main part of phrae, so having a car is advisable. There's no food on site, but there were good options across the road and beside it in an essential garage. The owners were friendly, and the grounds were nice. The separate chalet-style buildings are all teak, with a kettle and okay wifi.

Nice place, but getting through registration took so long that we waited ages before we got a room.

I had to look for somewhere else to stay because the hotel was fully booked, and that search took two hours and completely ruined my plans. I had booked through Agoda, then called the next day to confirm, and was told to ask Agoda for a refund since there were no rooms. They should update the app when they have no availability so people who booked can find another place. I'm very disappointed and have wasted a lot of time.
