I was really happy staying here for a week. The owners were friendly and kind. If they changed the bed sheets to cotton, I'd call this the best hotel in Surat Thani.

The owners were sooooo friendly that I almost didn't want to leave. From the smile I got when I entered reception, 4Hearts Loft House gave me a good feeling, and that lasted through my stay. My room was spacious and very clean, with simple decor and all the useful amenities. I slept really well. The outside area is pretty and well kept too. I especially liked the calm atmosphere and kind local people. The area felt very ordinary, extremely different from the touristy places I've been so far, and I would have liked to stay longer.

We stayed overnight before catching the ferry to an island, and it was the best experience. The couple running the place were so helpful and lovely. They offer free transfers to the pier and night market, there's a place to do laundry, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're in Surat Thani :)

The owner was happy to drive us where we needed to go, and the staff were so willing to help with anything. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tidy. Best hotel by far in Thailand for me. I'll definitely come back for a visit. Can only give it 5 stars!
