The staff are friendly and helpful, but there were several problems during my stay. The rooms aren't mopped, so my socks or feet would get black unless I kept my shoes on. Birds left balconies covered with droppings and feathers. The free breakfast buffet was avoided by most guests; we tried it once, then skipped it for the rest of the week and went out for lunch instead, even if that meant being hungry first. Hot water was basically absent. The water was cold or only a little less cold, and the heater under the sink seemed far too weak. Wi-Fi was also very hit-or-miss: there are two routers per floor, but they seem badly installed. Which room you get makes a huge difference. Room 305 had no Wi-Fi at all, while 304 had a strong signal, apparently because it was right next to the router. I'd say there's a 90% chance of no connection depending on the room picked at random.

The hotel felt relaxed and well run, with clean rooms and a decent breakfast. I'd stay here again if I came back to this area.

Breakfast was really nice, and I enjoyed my four days here. It would help to label the dishes, since some Muslim guests couldn't tell whether they contained pork, and the staff couldn't explain that clearly. The room was clean, and the towels and sheets were replaced with clean ones every day. All in all, a good stay, and I loved it.

10/10
I booked the hotel for my wedding party, and my guests and I loved the stay. The staff put a lot of care into getting the place ready for the big day, and were attentive and forthcoming throughout. They even brought glasses and ice for our get-togethers in the garden. The restaurant serves good food, and the rooms were stellar, clean, modern, and comfortable. I enjoyed every moment and will definitely come back.

The breakfast was good. The hotel is a long building with parking at the back, so getting from the car park to the entrance means a few minutes on foot. I didn't like the surroundings: it's near a large garage, and there's no good view to expect.
